Allowing our team of experienced aggregators, the data analysis points necessary to offer accredited investors the opportunity to invest directly into the acquisition of lending portfolios that are approved, insured, guaranteed, and acquired by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or other large marketplace institutional buyers.

Why National Secondary Real Estate Investments

National Secondary focuses on lending portfolios of under-served non-bank mortgage originators and understands through experience and research there are thousands of under-served non-banked mortgage originators that need access to an economically efficient residential mortgage loan acquisition firm. This strategy provides the flexibility to take a granular approach to create relationships with mortgage-originating firms for advantageous loan portfolio acquisition opportunities.

Value Creation Sectors

Market Segment

Similar to UBER and AIRBNB, we have identified an underserved non-bank mortgage lender market segment. This segment originates over sixty percent of all mortgage loans in the nation.

Streamlining Mortgage Acquisitions

By streamlining the mortgage loan acquisition process, together with proprietary technology driving economic efficiencies. National Secondary is positioned to pay higher premiums to acquire mortgage loans directly from non-bank lenders for immediate re-sell to our institutional investors

Level Playing Field

Our Mission is to level the playing field for the underserved non-bank lender community Homeownership Council of America. The fact is that most underserved borrowers can be served by the loan products that already exist in the market, and it is the delivery system that is failing to reach them.

No assurance can be given that the Partnership will achieve its overall investment objective of seeking substantial capital appreciation. In addition to market risk, there is unpredictability as to changes in general economic conditions which may affect the profitability of the Partnership’s investment program. With respect to the investment strategies utilized by the General Partner, there is always some, and occasionally a significant, degree of market risk. The Memorandum describing the investment opportunity includes a discussion of all material risks involved with the investment.
